It's time to make the upgrade to a heavier tripod for my Phase gear.
The Gitzo 1228 I have has a center column and is only about two and a half years old. It's a carbon fiber tripod, folds up compact and is a lightweight delight for hiking. I'd rate it as being in excellent condition ... with not a lot of use.
