I am selling my A7 with 5 batteries and the Fotodiox M mount (close focus) adapter. It's in great shape, with very little wear. I've used it only a handful of times as I've lost interest in digital. You get a Dsptch strap, 5 batteries (4 original Sony), the mount adapter, and the box + accessories.
This is a great way to get into mirrorless.
