I just checked the function by an official repair successor after Kyocera Repair Service Suwa on the 350/4 lens.
350/4 comes with reap cap, tripod mount ,no hood.
Mutar x1.4 comes with front and rear caps.

2)Apo Makro Planar 120/4
It looks very good except the hood.and working fine.
Front and rear caps and a genuine hood include.
