New Coatings?
Previous owner of this lens, a respected photographer and forum member, sent it to Rodenstock to get the new coatings. In my usage I have never seen any central red cast, which used to be a problem. Although in my experience the lens can flare more than 32HR so one has to be a bit more careful with framing and shielding.
