Comes with case and stand, in excellent condition. The flash was hardly used. This flash will work wireless with the newer Olympus bodies (such as the E30, E3, E5xx, E620) as well as with the Leica Dlux4, Digilux 2 and 3 (not wireless but TTL and auto feature will work seamlessly). B and H has it for $206.
