FS: Rodenstock 90mm HR APO-Sironar Digital lens (unmounted) with Copal 0 in original Rodenstock box.
The 90mm APO-Sironar Digital (pink ring) is the exact same lens as the "rebranded" 90mm HR-W (blue ring) according to Rodenstock.
The current lens (HR-SW) has the yellow ring and is a different optical design.
The 90mm HR APO-Sironar Digital has a huge 125mm images circle, great for shifting on Tech camera. Recently did some testing with it on our Arca Factum and IQ4 150.
Excellent sharpness, contrast and the ability to shift into mid 20 degree range with the large image circle.
The current lens, 90mm HR-SW is larger, heavier; 680 gsm vs 460 gsm, far more expensive; $8,000 vs $1,850, and has an image circle that is actually slightly smaller; 120mm for the HR-SW vs 125mm for the HR APO-Sironar Digital.
Great opportunity to add an excellent 90mm lens with a perfect low use Copal 0 into one's kit without taking out a second mortgage.
$1,850. in OEM Rode box
