I have a Metz SCA 3802 adapter which will allow you to use the Metz 53 MZ3, 54 MZ4, and other Metz flashes with a Contax 645 body.

Oops, the above should read 54 MZ3, not 53 MZ3. Anyway, let me know if you are interested as this will allow the use of so many great Metz flashes with the Contax 645.
