    "Dear user windows,
After verifying your computer, it is not updated and is at risk."

Sure seems fishy to me. When I had a PC, I used to get a phone call from Bill Gates when he wanted me to upgrade.

To my knowlege Microsoft does not send individuals emails about updates nor does it keep track of the status of an indvidual computer and if it is at 'risk' or not.

I would suggest running Windows Update directly from the Start Menu and see if there are updates suggested for your computer.
