iPhone Trade in Programs ?

Like it appears a number of forum members , I am upgrading to the new Iphone. For me its a obvious decision as I love having the camera available everywhere .

I saw a number of references to tradein or buyback programs. Can anybody clue me in? Seems like it would be worthwhile information to share.

I suspect they're being optimistic. For example, Cashiphone.com offers $200 for a 16GB iPhone 3GS in good condition. Try Googling iPhone buyback.
