Screw on filters - UV / Skylight - opinions

I need to grab a 49mm UV/ Skylight filter. Who make the best reasonably priced filters for protection use? BW? or any other recommendations?

Hi Tim

I have used both Hoya and B+W screw on filters. I now use B+W only due to the fact they feel more solidly made.
I got mine from ebay quite cheap, there are some decent sellers on there, selling old stock when box designs get changed etc

thanks for that Carl, I've had a look and seems there are suppliers who claim they are genuine. Got one on order now!!
