Fast USB card reader recommendation

My Lexar USB multi card reader just died. Windows won't recongnize it anymore. It's time for me to upgrade any way.

Could you please recommend the card reader that you are using? Must be fast (USB 3.0), and reliable. able to read sd card as well as cf cards.
