Hi everyone ...

I need to develope blob detection using this article :

FAST AND SUBPIXEL PRECISE BLOB DETECTION AND ATTRIBUTION (Stefan Hinz)

I cannot understand this approach ... Can anyone help me a little ?
This algorithm finds the center of blobs using a smoothed rectangle and tailor series but I can't understand how :confused:

Is there any reference on blob detection using this method ?
