Capture One DB - please help a buffoon!

I have a Leaf digital back but cannot for the life of me find the free download version for people with Leaf backs - Capture One DB.

Sorry to ask such a rubbish question, but can anyone help direct me to this download/tell me how to get it?

Thank you - does the software just know you are a DB user and so not insist on charging? I guess I was confused due to not being able to find the free DB download link... but I'm not bright
