sharing metadata between C1 and Lr

So I used C1 for tethered operations, and sometime we rate images as we shoot. Problem is, none of that data is recognizable to Lr or any adobe products- can you force C1 to write xmp sidecar files (as you can in Lr: apple-s)?

I'm just trying to see my ratings in Lr.

- found it...select All then go to metadata tab and choose sync from the triangle...
