It certainly has. At present, we are only allowed to leave the house for four reasons, and even then, limiting movement as much as possible. One of those reasons is exercise, so I could take a camera with me and walk. But loitering with the camera or going further afield than necessary to find somewhere to walk could get me in trouble - and rightly so.
The camera is hanging up to a large extent just now. That said, in Australia we have had lockdowns and otherwise achieved zero community transmission (until high vaccination levels are achieved) so I am sure we'll get back to some freedom fairly soon.
