    Hate to ask but?

I screw the head off and put them both in checked baggage but they always open the bag and inspect it. Guess I should change my passport name from Richard Jewell. :ROFLMAO:

    X1D and V lenses help

Good point, but if there's any movement (camera or subject) during the electronic exposure you get a distorted image.

    X1D and V lenses help

Neil you don't have to worry about the shutter on the V lens because it's not mechanically coupled to the camera, but you will have to stop down the aperture. And yes, the camera will calculate the electronic shutter speed. You just have to remember to activate the electronic shutter and then...

    Hasselblad 907x + CFVII 50c firmware update 1.4.0

I love that they added the distance scale, but I wish they had also added depth of field indicators to it. I believe the Fuji GFX cameras show aperture dependent DOF on their distance scale, and the Leica SL2 has it on the top plate display. Maybe with the next firmware update Hasselblad can...

What really matters to you for ultimate digital image *quality*?

What I'm after is the old mechanical camera, "analogue" experience. All that other stuff matters, but given the high quality of most cameras today if a picture doesn't turn out it's probably not the fault of the equipment. But all I really need is an aperture ring on the lens, a shutter speed...

    907x 50c now available

Olaf, I have wanted a back like this for a long time but I wonder how awkward is it to make portrait orientation photographs, either with the 907X or a 500/200 series camera. I hope your review will discuss this. Thanks!

    907x 50c now available

Interesting "review" by Kai where he starts out clearly knowing nothing about the camera (not even model number) but by the end of the video is smitten with it. I don't normally like these kind of videos but this one really brought out some of the strengths of the camera.
