    FS: Hasselblad 501CM + 80mm C + 120 CF + accessories

All, I am parting with my Hasselblad 501 CM. I bought this during COVID and just never really bonded with it. I'd prefer it go to someone who can get more use out of it. -Hasselblad 501CM with late model A12 6x6 back. -Zeiss 80mm f 2.8 Planar C T* + hood -Zeiss 120mm f4 Makro-Planar CF T* +...

    Fun with MF images 2024

Congrats and great work, Warren! What I appreciate so much about your work is the artistic beauty and transparency of your photos. I feel like I can easily walk through them and be there. Very aspirational!

    Fun with the Hasselblad 907x

Yes, potentially. I sold my Q2 when purchasing the cfv100, and it was certainly hard to part with. The new APO lens is very intriguing. I don’t mean to take this thread off track. In the meantime I’ll keep enjoying your photos until I bite the bullet on the 38v!

    Fun with the Hasselblad 907x

Thanks for sharing your insights! Yes, the weight is somewhat of a concern. The new Leica Q3 43 is awfully tempting as a travel/street camera, but I'm not sure I can justify spending almost 2x the price of the 38v on a new camera.

    Fun with the Hasselblad 907x

Steve, how do you like the 38mm for walkaround/street? Do you find that you're able to get sharp shots? I have the 55v and have had some issues with handheld on-the-go shooting and sharpness. I'm torn between the 38v and 28p, though the latter may be too wide for my needs. Thanks!

Thanks! Pretty standard studio setup: black paper backdrop, nanlite constant LED light with a soft box and grid.

Thanks for all the info, Warren. Currently I have an Arca-Swiss F-Universalis for my CFV100 back. I only use it for indoor/studio shots, but I think it would do quite well with the 200mm. I've been hemming and hawing over whether to invest in the Rm3di or the Pico for shorter lenses in the...

Warren, Truly exceptional (as usual!). Your work is always inspiring. Have you tried other longer focal lengths with the cfv100 back? I’m going to have to look into the Nikkor M 200mm!

    Intrepid camera shutter project

I'm not sure how to share an Instagram post, but Intrepid Camera shared a short video of their new shutter design. It looks pretty impressive!

    Arca Swiss Pico Lens Compatibility

Victor - thanks for sharing your insights and initial takes on the Pico. I'm a CFV 100 owner and have been anxiously waiting to hear/read about initial Pico experiences. I've been waffling back and forth between the Pico and the RM3di but am leaning more towards the former. Thanks again and look...

    Hasselblad 24mm (or 25mm) f2.5V and 135mm f2.5V

Matt, Without conducting any rigorous comparison - how does the 25v compare to the 28p? Thanks!

    Fun with MF images 2024

I really enjoy seeing what you can do with the 28p! While it might not have the same performance as the new 25v, the rendering, size, and price of the 28p really is impressive!

Small case for 100 x 150mm filter system

I'm looking for a small case that can fit 2 - 3 100 x 150mm filters + holder (Kase system). It should be small enough to toss into a day bag. Any recommendations? Thanks!
