    Forum Technical Issues

It sounds like you're trying to run with pretty limited resources if you can run out of disk space that easily. I ran a vBulletin forum for a private school for 10 years with 3K users. It never crashed and we had thousands of attachments but I diligently kept ahead of it's expansion.

The XCD 35-75mm vs the new 35-100mm lens?

Do the stores around there have it in stock ?

    Site Restore ?

The site was barely accessible to me in California yesterday. I got a long delay before a page displaying MySQL database error - not enough memory. Then I got in an hour later but couldn't post anything. The site was effectively unusable all day. I would have posted it here but I got chastised...

Sasquatch 617: A Panoramic Film Camera

The pursuit to shoot 6X17 never ends and if you've ever used one you may understand why. Here's the Kickstarter for the Sasquatch 617. I think I'd miss the feeling of the Fuji and the lack of ground glass but at cost factor of nearly 10 times less maybe that's an adjustment easily made.

The XCD 35-75mm vs the new 35-100mm lens?

Wh Nobody can tell you that whether you understand the charts or not. What is it you're trying to decide ? The two lenses are significantly different in several ways. The new 35-100 will be small by comparison, light, faster focusing and have a different look from an XCD lens. I can...

was buying a Hasselblad 907X 50C an error?

The CF Sonnar 180mm f/4 T* is an exceptionally sharp lense in my experience. A noticeable step up from the 150mm. I haven't tried mine with the CFV 50C II yet but I think you just motivated me (y) Fotodiox makes a Leica R adapter and I've been using my Leica 100mm APO-Macro-Elmarit-R f/2.8 for...

was buying a Hasselblad 907X 50C an error?

I have the V 40mm FLE which I bought new in 1991. It was a life changer for my work at the time. I still enjoy the 40 but love my XCD 21.

was buying a Hasselblad 907X 50C an error?

I find it interesting that nobody mentions that when you're using a classic V lens with a small sensor back the crop factor means you're shooting through the sharpest part of the lens. I've tested my V lenses against my XCD lenses and the V's hold up pretty well until you get to the edges. And...

    Site Restore ?

That would allow the site admin to suggest you check your local ISP's service if they don't see an issue with this site but If that were the issue you'd be experiencing poor performance with all web sites. The AWS Network allows you to review world wide performance and it's historical...

    Site Restore ?

Not really. If the host is slow the edge server can be slow because it can only deliver cached pages and content. Access time is back to normal now but was terrible for a couple of hours.

    Site Restore ?

It is no doubt delivered by an edge server. I'm in California and use AWS extensively for work. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/LocationsOfEdgeServers.html

    fat pixel digital backs

From the look of this portrait I'd be willing to bet that '80mm + Macro ring' means he used an 80mm + extension tube allowing for closer, macro, focus.

Can 907x 100C be synced directly to a studio strobe pack?

I still use Comet packs, because they never die, along with newer Broncolor and Profoto hardwired with my 907X. All work without issue. Comet is still in business, FYI. http://www.hyundaicomet.com/index.html
