ISO recomendation studio light for MF

We have Bowens Gemini 500's in our studio. Picked up a used set of 3 for about $400 Cad. Through a soft-box that's roughly arm's length to subject at full power will give me f/11 @ 50 iso. It has a 200w modelling light that the Hasselblad H has no issue using for autofocus.

Use another H5-Body with H5D60 Back

You can re-cal the back manually with the right hex wrench and patience. It will however be out of cal with the older body. you can also re-cal the body too, I haven't done it in a while, but I think it's the same hex wrench too.

Perhaps a silly question...but one regarding the Hasselblad 2900 mAh battery on the H3D body

The <$10 Hasselblad H charger is a success for now! No Phase one chargers needed. :P Parts list below. Untrustworthy Charger Correct Barrel Tip A bit of soldering to join them. Black = negative = outside. The Chargers can be had for under $5 if you don't mind waiting weeks and ordering...

Perhaps a silly question...but one regarding the Hasselblad 2900 mAh battery on the H3D body

Yeah, they're the 18five's. Here's the ones I ordered. Rated for just over 2000mah https://www.orbtronic.com/18500-battery-li-ion-panasonic-flat-top

Perhaps a silly question...but one regarding the Hasselblad 2900 mAh battery on the H3D body

I was able to put a pair of Panasonic 18600's in my older packs instead of the older flat cells. It's been about a year and they're still holding up strong.

Perhaps a silly question...but one regarding the Hasselblad 2900 mAh battery on the H3D body

That's true! I'm tinkering with recreating it with cheaper parts. I've got the a/c parts all ready to go, I just keep ordering the wrong barrel jacks from digikey. Third times the charm! I'll make a post once I figure it all out.

    Hasselblad: Phocus Or Lightroom

Is there a spot to get or a way to make a Hasselblad "Camera Profile" for Lightroom?

Hasselblad Phocus and MacOS 11 Big Sur

If you're thinking about upgrading out the iMac I'd suggest not to. I have two older macbook pros with fw800 that I keep around for the sole purpose of tethering. 1. 2013 13" i5 with macOS downgraded to OSX 10.10.5 with Phocus 3.1.5 (latest version supported by 10.10.5.) It's the very...

Regenerating your dead Hasselblad H battery grips

You should be able to find an generic one that could work. I picked one up on ali-express that was very similar, had the wrong barrel jack, but after replacing the cells I've had less need for an additional charger. I'd suggest checking out a local electronics recycler to see what they have.

    Digital back servicing

Hey Steve, I think I have a back that is showing this. Would you mind if I PM/email you with a file for confirmation. I thought I blew a sensor but it's sounding like this is more of the issue.

New Hasselblad XH 0.8 Lens Adapter

As someone with a great kit of H glass this is pretty intriguing concept. It's be fun to test out, but it's still not worth the switch over for me.

    Hasselblad H6D-100c, 35-90mm, 100mm, 150mm

All I can offer is an unreasonable offer and a free bump. This kit is beautiful and doesn't deserve to sit idle for even this long.

Hasselblad H battery rebuild and upgrade...at a fraction of the cost

Yeah These are the 18650's I went for. I had ordered three of the larger grips to replace the 5 smaller ones. When it came time to replace their cells, I decided to add on these 18500's since it didn't raise the price of shipping and it made the the total cost per unit seem more reasonable...

    H3D Battery life?

Even look into the older style rechargeable grip. I can pull 400 shots with a fresh one with a digital back, with a film back it should last a month or more. :). It's easy to re-cell them with panasonic 18500's (larger grip takes 18650's)

Are any of the hasselblad H lenses “bad”? Or hc 35mm review?

I had the 35mm. It was a great lens, but compared to rest of the line-up it was the softest wide-open out of all of them. I ended up selling my copy after getting the 35-90mm and found that I was using it over the 35mm for that focal length, and I really only use it at that focal length. I...

    Stupid Hasselblad Eye Cup

I've discovered that way to keep it attached. Doesn't stop it from tearing in cold weather. . The super glued seams are uncomfortable, even more so in the cold.
