Looks kind of like San Giorgio Maggiore, to me, being on the (East) end of Giudecca, so you can get that kind of view. Further back(West) along Giudecca is Il Redontore, by the vaporetto stop of the same name, which has a similar facade fronting the canal. I am not familiar with the Monastero delle Suore Clarisse, but it seems to be very close to Il Redontore.

Repurposed grocery store

For the non-Dutch, "P. de Gruyter & Zn" was a major and famous grocery chain in the Netherlands from 1818 to 1976 and (among other aspects) famous for the architecture of their shops. The chain collapsed after mostly missing the conversion from a classical grocery store to a modern supermarket in the 1970's.
