  • “Fun with MF images” (and similar) has been one of the most popular threads but its length is almost impossible to navigate as it spans years. In order to organize such threads and make them manageable, we decided to split them by years. So every year we will start a brand new thread, for example “Fun with MF images 2021.” The older threads are still available for viewing but posting there will be locked.

Pretty quiet here

Some from a few days ago, testing my "new" Meyer Görlitz Oreston 50/1.8

Bokeh isn't as characterful as some other Meyers, but I find the rendering very pleasing, not harsh but still sharp.
And with my new helicoil M42 adapter it's a great semi macro :)

Lunaria:

Allium 2

All on a Sony A7Rii, somewhere around f 4.0

never seen orange fugi like these before ...
I think it's a Zwavelzwam Bart, we had one in our street a few years ago:

When it grew older the plates became thinner

And it seemed so special that a lot of people lined up to take a shot :toocool:

It seems to be edible, but I don't think anybody in our neighbourhood tried it.
