My wife was pulling weeds in a border with Helleboris yesterday and fortunately she saw this plant growing there was not a weed but a wild orchid. Obviously it's still standing

We tried to determine what kind it is but in none of our wild orchid books we can find anything that looks similar. The flowers are about 11 mm across, so pretty small. Any help would be appreciated.
