Differences of XCD 38v?

I always get a bit wary with this sort of thing.
In the USA it’s far easier to return goods than it is here in NZ.
I’d have to actually prove beyond doubt that the lens was faulty - and even then, the dealer would be quite likely to return it to Sweden for repair before they thought of replacing it.
I get quite jealous when I read of my American cousins just being able to send stuff back so easily.

Yeah, but we pay a dear price for that, we have to live in America where as you get to live in a ***much*** better place…:)
 
Are the edges the same or not? I'm getting blind .... here is a new alignment test of my 38v wide open f2.5
Colour shift … again ?
To me, aside the very disturbing colour variation, chromatic aberations and moire, the right hand side seems stronger than the left.
