Impressions from a smal moutain river .
HASSELBLAD 501CM + CFV16 + DISTAGON 60mm .
If you were in New Zealand, I would guess that you had been influenced by the well known (in NZ) 19th Century impressionist painter Petrus van der Velden who painted a series of paintings very like these from the Otira Gorge, a mountain river in the South Island's Southern Alps. I love the rendering of the water in these.

From a shoot with Carolina. 503CX with Zeiss 80mm f/2.8 and CFV16 back.
Lighting: Large octa feathered on the right, two heads at a 45 degree angle behind the model on each side, a reflector on the front left to get some light in the eye sockets

What I love about these photos is the feeling of moving water. Instead of the usual, bland long exposures flattening out the surface or short exposure freezing the water. Were these multiple exposures layered? So nice. I hate to use the term, painterly.
Hello Peter 12

As far as I can remember , I took two shots per objekt . Exposure time was 1/8 and 1/15 . After processing the files in PHOCUS , I used Photoshop for further processing .
No multiple exposures , no layers , just a straight forward processing . I have chosen the exposures , which showed the better 'water movement' .

CFV16I and CFV16II by Nokton48, on Flickr

I've had this Hasselblad CFV16 Version 1, for a while and I'm really enjoying using it. From KEH along came a CFV16 Version II, very similar but with some upgrades. Since I have an Anniversary 500C/M with my CFV16 working good, tethered to Phocus too, I also figured it's a good idea to have a backup unit, these do not come up often IMO. Serial Number is 3DSR2120. Menu says Firmware Revision: 270. Files have a slight Magenta cast to them but camera is starting to wake up. Has a lot of small marks so it's been used, sensor is pristine. Anything I should do to bring this out of Coma? It's on my motorized EL/M, I got all the CFV16 accessories when I got the first back. I have a second CFV16 Acute Screen, so that saves me at least $600.

Sinar Norma Auto Iris Lenses Retro Digital Technical Camera Sinar Norma 4x5 CFV16 by Nokton48, on Flickr

Lenses for shooting digital with my two CFV16 Digital Backs. Schneider Norma Aperture Controlled 65mm, two 75mm, 90mm. Schneider 47mm F8 Compur #00 Custom Made Uber Recessed Norma Lens Board. Sinar Norma Shutter with Release Cable is connected by Hasselblad CFV Sync Cable, which actuates the back upon release of the shutter. Adding strobes means another Hasselblad Cable to the back to make that happen.
