I'm selling a Leica M4 and 35mm summicron version 1 with 8 elements.
1. Leica M4 in great condition (see photos). The top plate has almost no marks other than a faint meter mark near the large L. There are tool marks on the advance lever and self-timer lever from a previous local repair person (won't make that mistake again). This M4 was recently adjusted by Youxin to fix a sticking curtain, and all the speeds were tested. A fine M4 other than the tool marks, I'm selling it for $975.
2. Leica 35mm summicron version 1. I'd love to keep this lens for black and white, but I could use the cash. Front and rear elements are clean and clear. There is some fogging and a faint cleaning mark on one of the inner elements near the diaphragm (see photo). Focus and aperture are as smooth as they come. Front and rear caps are included. I've seen prices all over the board for these. Because of the fogging, how about $1300.
