FS: Kipon Shift Adapter for Pentax 645 to Canon EF

This shift adapter is in almost new condition and has only been used a handful of times. I used it to mount a SMC Pentax-A 645 35mm lens on a Canon 5DSr. Everything looks and functions perfectly.

$200 including shipping and PayPal fees (retails for $250 + $25 shipping on ebay).
