Vertical stitch with the Alpa 12 STC Silver Edition. Three panels - +18mm, 0, -18mm shifts, LCC in Phocus, stitched in Photoshop and viola. This subject building is plant clad, and is an eco-hotel currently operated by Park Royal Collection Pickering. Vantage point is up 10 stories in a neighbouring building. Block 538 is a typical inner city Housing & Development Board (HDB) residential block. HDB provides government flats where more than 85% of Singaporeans live. The rooftop playground and commercial facilities occupy the first 4 floors, common to other towers. The Hong Lim Food Centre occupies level 1 and 2 here, and is a hawker center famous for its selection of excellent food.

City Lights by John Ngai, on Flickr
X2D | Zeiss 5.6/350 Tele-Superachromat + APO 1.4XE | f/11 | 32s | ISO 64 | 12-image blend

This was my first time at this location, for a vantage that's a bit off the beaten track and one that I've been intending to explore for quite some time. It was a little hazy but still the city lights managed to shine through with their holiday cheer.
