Hi Robert,
Thank you for your kind words.
The image was processed in Lightroom. The colors are naturally bold and Hasselblad’s color science keeps them that bold even in Lightroom.
I do not have much experience with Phocus, but as soon as I can work with a 28P, I will start to work with Phocus. I have a rental I will be working with soon as I cannot find a 28 for sale.

Why medium format....why 150 megapixels
I was standing on the shore on a slightly elevated path with my camera and a 240mm lens with a 2X extender attached when I spotted this kite surfer almost on the horizon. I estimate the subject was more than a mile away. here is a 100% crop of the exposure an an ISO of 100

I think that you are going to find Phocus clumsy with no advantage over anything Adobe makes. I have tried hard to use it but keep reverting back to Camera Raw for raw conversion with much better results - especially with highlight and shadow recovery. The only real importance Phocus has for me is the elimination of banding for that one or two files that may have an issue and are destined for print.
Of course YMMV and I am only speaking for me.

I just rented a 28P and started processing a few files in LR. Although I was anticipating using Phocus, I don't find any need yet. If I was using movements, maybe I would find the need, but so far, on the 907x 50c, I am not seeing a problem. Thanks for your comment.

Last week, I received a parcel from Anwarp, containing a an angular finder and a loupe for my Phase One DF ...
It turns out that vintage accessories from the Mamiya 645 era fit the DF and probably also the DF+
So, I put the angular finder to use for these shots from the garden ...

I am not going to elaborate on my experiences with Phocus other than the software does not extract anything more than what Camera Raw can extract. Phocus has a habit of just stopping. Have to restart the software time after time. It just is not in the same league as Adobe. My intentions are, as stated previously, to use it for banding issues and nothing more. If you are happy with it then continue to use it. Horses for courses.....
