Stunning, Craig! Just stunningThe California Nebula photographed with my IQ4150 through a SkyWatcher 8" reflector telescope, processed in Capture One and Photoshop. This is a combination of 12 minute exposures taken through an Optolong l-eNhance Pro filter and 20 minute exposures taken through a hydrogen-alpha filter. For the most part the stars are from the Optolong filter exposures and the texture of the glowing cloud of hydrogen gas is from the hydrogen-alpha filter.
Bill, ironically I was just reading your thread about your decision to buy the XT. How are you enjoying it?
Absolutely love it! Slows me down and I'm enjoying the "manual' aspect. Takes me back to my previous non-auto exposure, manual focus youth.Bill, ironically I was just reading your thread about your decision to buy the XT. How are you enjoying it?
Thank you for the kind words Tim!Beautiful work on your website, Ed. This photo, too. Quite a personal story as well. I recommend others to follow the link to Ed's website read about Ed's journey.
Greg, your auto photographs are amazing. Is this a dedicated space? The lighting is showroom perfect!Enjoying shooting a friends car collection, this car seemed like it was all about the engine.
