In 2019 Dave Lackey created a new thread on the Nikon forum "Fun with 'Obsolete' Nikons". Perhaps some of the long time Canon users here might have a bit of fun with a similar thread, so let's give it a try.
My very first digital camera of any kind was a Canon Powershot Pro90 IS (2.6 mp) which I purchased new in October 2002. Two months later I purchased my first DSLR, a Canon D60 (6 mp). In the past 23 years I've used (and still own) many Canon digital cameras and lenses. Although I had been shooting 35mm, medium and large format film for 30+ years, I quickly appreciated the immediacy of creating, viewing, processing and printing digital images.
Here are two of my first images taken with these now obsolete Canon cameras. I still have the Pro90 IS, but gave the D60 to my brother many years ago.
