One shot from an afternoon drive just east of Ithaca. We are starting to lose the brilliant colors now as we get closer to November and the rusty brown foliage. This was processed in LR using the Velvia color profile in an attempt to punch up the color a bit.

Just a few more days until the new X-T5 announcement with the same 40 MP sensor from the X-H2.
I can see the advantages of both form factors. However, in the X-T5s favour is a slimmer body size which is attractive. On the other hand, I would be sorely tempted to use the X-H2/X-T5 for wildlife, as well as my normal activities and therefore the grip, PASM dial etc is an advantage when trying to switch quickly from one setting to another in the great outdoors.

It feels almost indecent to use a 56mmf1.2 lens for wildlife photography but this was the only lens I had with me and the XT4 I was shooting with. This is a Grey Heron crossing the Regents Canal in Camden Town (England), from a Coot nest to the tow path. Converted from RAW in DxOPureRAW2 and cropped (of course)._DSF5410-RAF_DxO_DeepPRIME.jpg

A New Years Day visit to Taughannock Falls and a walk along the beach in north bay near the outflow of Taughannock Creek into Cayuga Lake. All with the X-H2 and 16-80.

Great shot. Is that a natural formation, or manmade? It almost looks like a dam that has been breached.
