How about the SK Apo Digitar T180mm/T210mm lenses? any ones share the same/similar design with them?
No, there are not analoge lenses that share this lensdesign. also the 180 T absolutly is differnet to the 210 T.
Schneider has no 180 mm build in copal 0 shutter, accept the digitar 180 mm T. This was a new lens developing espesially for the digital use.
So there is no analoge predecessor for the Apo digitar T 180 mm. Thats make the lens so very special.
Rodenstock 135-210 mm apo sironar digital base on the apo sironar S.
Schneider Apo symmar L and rodenstock apo sironar W are also in most cases on the similar level as the digital versions.

I have the SK 180 Apo Digitar in Copal 0. It is a masterpiece, extremely sharp, endless image circle.

Is the 180mm Makro Symmar HM the same as the APO digitar or is a different /older lens?
