Hmmm.. I have been using that number for awhile now... so far it works!Happy birthday Dave, is this first time around 39?
Now THAT is funny!I go the other way: "Methuselah was a youngster!"
Happy Birthday, Dave! My mom was 39 all her life...

And thanks to everyone for birthday greetings, wishes and comments.29.... really?
You must be so much younger to pull that off than I am! LOL...
Or... much better genetics!
Thanks, Bill!Happy birthday to you all, whenever that is and whatever age you are. Just remember life's for living. (And photography)
Pegelli, your comments are always appreciated.
Now, let's get down to specific coffee for a Moka. What do you guys recommend for a Bialetti experience?
Sounds like you roast your own.
I wish, but it is just not practical at the moment for me. I will have to order a specific roast from somewhere. I don't mind picking up a grinder though.
With the pandemic, I find it far too risky to go inside a coffee shop for an espresso or anything, and the drive-thru lines are far too long at the local coffee house, so I will make my own for the foreseeable future.
Just what should I purchase to use in a Bialetti?
Illy has been recommended more than once, so I will take your advice, thanks!ah, yes, I do roast my own coffee.
I find Illy beans to be ok for Moka pot. Or a Single Origin from one of the local roasters.
