Medium Format Pets

Well, the thread is titled "Medium Format Pets".... it doesn't say what kind of pets ... So Mr. Perfect Tail is eligible.

Was trying out the new 35-100 zoom lens this weekend. Unfortunately, there is no chipmunk detection mode (yet?) for the X2D II, so the focus is just slightly behind the eye.

Seriously, I do hope that various subject detection modes will arrive via firmware updates, and that, say, chipmunk detection mode is not a dedicated hardware circuit that will only be found on the X3D.

Testing the X2Dii and grabbed an image of Andre out manning his duty station. Full image is downres significantly to get it to upload, crop image is right from the camera file.

Lens was the old 135 f2.8, wide open. Processed and output directly from Phocus, no correction other than what Phocus does automagically.
