Phase One Warranty (Who should pay for return of loaner unit)

Hi all, I have a Phase One IQ3100 that has had never ending problems. I'm currently on my 5th unit. Just trying to get an idea of those who have also had issues - who should pay for the shipping back to the supplier?

No idea how that works in Australia. My dealer is a short drive away so it’s been easy.

5 units??? That’s crazy! I imagine Phase One or the dealer should cover it to ease your aggravation, but maybe they already did the previous 4 times. Are you shipping it far away?
