Phocus virtual copy or clone variant

There are many Phocus users who frequent the medium format section. You might find this question answered very quickly over there.

I don't know the answer to your question, but you *can* save different sets of adjustments for a given capture and switch back and forth among them. That isn't the same as having two versions visible, of course, and I don't know if that is possible.

Have asked this before, and the general answer is as Matt says. I find this super annoying, as in LR or C1, love to have the second image (BW) right there at hand. I suppose, with a bit of pleading, and some modest flexibility, one could try and change their ways, but so far, it's only in discussion.

Definitely super annoying. I thought that it would be a very basic feature in every raw converter.

Yes, it is possible and something I've often done. You can display two different versions (variants) of the same image side by side in Phocus. You can adjust one of the images for comparison to the original or view two different saved versions of an image. My suggestion is to give your edited versions (variants) descriptive titles since it's by edit title, rather than thumbnail, you view and select them in the Adjustments Browser tool.

It has been discussed before how to do this. Rather than go thru it again here, my suggestion is to try starting with this post and this post which are from from the same thread. The second post linked shows an example of a grayscale and color version of an image next to each other. In retrospect, I could have selected a more colorful image for illustration purposes.
