It's a quirky lens, Lou. Front element including aperture ring will turn while focusing, the metal hood is a dog and it's heavy, really heavy.
That said, the mighty Summarex has plenty character to boot ...

Interesting as it looks like neither of the "tourists" is using an iPhone or Smartphone, but a real camera. I lived in Amsterdam for 2 years and also Den Haag for another year.
