I had the Summicron-M 75mm APO a decade ago. @Bill Caulfeild-Browne - you'll slap me for this... I bought it for $2400 CDN at the time. Sold it a few months later for the same. One of those lenses a person regrets selling. Just didn't appreciate what I had.

You're right - I made exactly the same mistake back in 2011. Bought it for a trip to India, sold it a year later. Bad move. Here's an example. Black Swallowtail. I repeat what I've said before - the Leica APO lenses have macro qualities at their closest focus. APO 75 SL.
