Capitol Theater Piazza. Designed by Keys and Dowdeswell, a British firm in the neoclassical style. Construction began in 1929 and the theater opened on 22 May 1930 with the musical comedy Rio Rita. The 500 seat theater had the latest sound system by Western Electric and said to have exceptional acoustics.
