Trying to find a solution for triggering flash

I've had no luck trying to find a solution for triggering flash with my RB67. The problem lies in that I also need the sync port for the digital back. I should have bought the splitter I found last year. But, talked myself out if it and now I can't find anything that looks like it would work. Preferably, a splitter that has a hotshoe would be great to use both triggers I have (Godox and Pocket Wizard Plus III). Though I could make due with one that had a 2.5mm plug for the Pocket Wizard. Hoping someone might have a suggestion.

Which digital back? Most relevant Phase One digital backs would have two ports – one to accept inbound triggering from the lens to sync the exposure of the back with the opening of the lens, and another one to provide output flash triggering sync'd with the exposure of the back (and therefore, indirectly, with the lens opening).
