Hi there,
just a quick reminder: tomorrow is world pinhole day! Will anyone participate? :) I am intending to.

heh! I have to hunt up my pinholes ... I have one for FourThirds mount and one for Leica M-mount. That and my Aporia 24mm f/2 seem to be hiding at present...

Found them both! They both look and feel so much like body caps, they were lost in my Leica carry bag with a bunch of other caps and such. ;)

I just saw that Ondu will end their pinhole camera production, the last batch is now available. I can recommend them - these are beautiful pinhole cameras!

For the topic today: just checked, Kodak E100 G shouldn't suffer from reciprocity failure and I just exposed one roll of film.

Happy world pinhole day!

I made two exposures with the ONDU Rise and one with my Ebony 4x5 with a Vist Camera Pinhole Shutter. The ONDU is much easier to use!

1 hour and 18 minutes exposure - ONDU
( there is a minute hand on the clock )

11 minutes, 18 seconds - ONDU

~ 17 minutes (forgot to write it down)

The Cameras:

I decided to give this a try. Started with the little ONDU Pocket 6x6 and later purchased the multiformat 6x12. Image below is from the ONDU 6x6 using Ilford Delta 100 (5 years outdated) that I had hiding out with my old Rolleiflex. Processed in the AGO rotary drum with Cinestill monobath. I plan on using my Sigma fpL with a 120 film scanning setup later, but this quickie image was obtained with a Lumix S9 and 24-105 with the negative sandwiched in a magnetic lucite frame backlit with my iPad. Fun experience using the pinhole and looking forward to refining technique and looking for suitable landscape scenes.

Not sure why, but I can't see your photo on either my computer or iOS devices.

Just a sample screen grab image showing before and after treatment of a pinhole image in Topaz AI Super Focus function. Does introduce some artifacts, but also greatly improves sharpness and detail resolution. Very useful for blurry pinhole images.
