Nick! The others have said it, and theyŽre right; great pictures! In this last series I find the tomato market image very special.

Lloyd! Your motherŽs story is scary (albeit the obvious tad of humor in there). My mother is 84 and bright as a bulb, but her legs and balance are failing after many ears of hard work. I knock wood at least twice a day.

Great stuff Matt. I think that M9-28 Cron combination is a winner, and you're proving my theory.

Very often I was not satisfied with the Cornerfix result, and now I use PS, a curves adjustment layer in LAB color mode. A PS action does the job as quickly as with Cornerfix

One from Zion - M9 and wate. I'd been shooting with the tripod all morning, but didn't have time to set it up for this one - the sun was over the ridge in what seemed like a flash.

Each year, in the city of Milwaukee, thousands show up on lakefront to celebrate the first day of the new year with a swim in icy Lake Michigan. The air temperature for this year's swim was 15F ... while the water temperature was a balmy 34F.

    Here's one from the plunge.

    M9 and 75lux.

Hey Kurt - looks pretty balmy alright.

It was -27F this morning in central Mn - glad we didn't have the swim here.

Thanks Steve. Interestingly enough, that's not the sun. It was a street light. That was a 12 sec exposure in the dark.

Kurt! That swimming scene is grand! Very close to craziness, IŽd say.

Here itŽs more peaceful. Snow has been the thing for me lately (not much else to look at outside). Click for larger v.
