Focus Shift testing of the 35/1.4 pre asph lux

I did some testing today to determine if the pre-asph 35/1.4 Summilux had any focus shift. I didn't find any. My results are on my blog. Would be interested in any comments or feedback.

tests with a Brian Sweeney rebuilt Jupiter 8 50/2, along with a Summilux 75/1.4 (at 1.5m distance) have been tested today.

Some slight shift with that Jupiter, surprisingly little considering the Sonnar heritage. The 75 lux shots look fine, I wouldn't consider that degree of shift to be in any way problematic. Thanks for performing these tests!

Yes, the J8 has minor shift but since I shoot ~75% in low light or shallow DOF, the optimization at f2 that Brian did, really makes this lens shine. The 75 and 35 pre asphs were just check ups, the photos from them have always been stellar.
