If you're in the area, give them a call, sometimes there are cancellations, although officially 2010 is booked up:

I live about 1.5 hours away. Were there any problems with bringing in your camera?

Cameras and cell phones are permitted on the B Reactor tour (9am-~12 noon) and the last half hour or so you are allowed to roam around (but not touch, press buttons, fire things up, etc....). Most folks in our group had cameras.

They are not allowed on the longer sitewide tour at all.
