Got tired of talking about the new M... how 'bout some photos... scraping the barrels now from the Sequoia trip:

"Not dead yet..."

Importing MM images into Nik makes for some fun and easy manipulation. Figured I'd present a few edits from Nik'ized versions of images:

Ashwin, that grainy shot of the bride is great!

Been busy over here with 2 sick kids ( who knew that after the first week of school everyone would get sick! :p)

just a few random shots I took of a orange/pink sunset

My daughter illuminated by it

and my wife the martyr :)

A shot from this summer taken with a Canon Serenar 85mm F2 , intentionally out of focus to create massive *Bokeh*

Did I already post this?

RObert, that ball of bokeh is nuts...looks like a fun old skool lens. The 85 f/2 and 1.9 Serenar lenses are highly regarded, if I recall.

Have left myself with 50 and 90 lenses as I sell everything else off to fund a 35mm FLE....it's taken a while (and some expense) to get there but at last I'm settled on a final :)rolleyes:) kit.

These from yesterday, M9-P and 50 'lux, my favourite combination:
