    Canon FD to SM converter?

Did Canon make an FD to Leica SM converter. I recently saw such an item offered for sale and wonder if it was and actual Canon product or a third party. The seller says it is a Canon product.

I can see where if true one could add an LTM to M-mount converter and use the relatively cheap Canon FD 14/2.8 on ones M8.

Well, I got an original Canon Adapter B so now I'm going hunting for a Canon 7.5mm fisheye to see how that will work on an M4 or the M8.
