Hi, could someone with the practical experience of using Zeiss Makro-Planar T* 100mm f/2 ZF.2 Lens Nikon F-Mount on Leica M (240) via an adapter inform me of your finding please. Thank you in advance.

I have neither but would caution you about hanging the ZF 100/2 via an adapter (no tripod support on the lens or any adapter that I know). It is not a light lens.

Unlike other mirrorless cams, the Ms with RF mechanism is best treated with lot more caution even if such use is very sporadic. If the mount goes out of whack the camera becomes practically blind.

Addition:

I would strongly suggest that you read about Leica's earlier visoflex and related accessories with particular attention to how they were attached.

The current adapter business is not well thought of from many aspects and would be harmful to the health of the M mount.
