CV 35/1.4

Oh, hmm, I seem to remember wrong - the CV 40 is very similar to the 35/2 IV in terms of diagram. The 35/1.4 seems to have one additional element. Anyway, it'll be interesting to see how it performs!

Although the 40/1.4 has more than its share of rough bokeh at f/1.4, it does well from f/2 on, and f/1.4 is there if you need it. Here are some links comparing the 40/1.4 bokeh to that of the 40mm Summicron-C and a couple 35 Lux versions:
