I have not seen any evidence to support that though I do respect your opinion.
Likewise. If interested, you might look at Sean Reid's or Ming Thein's review of the Q, assuming reviews qualify as evidence.

Sorry, back to topic.

With my Q, I don't need or want another 28, but if I did I'd look at this one despite the elevated price. Hella cool factor and I like what I see of its image-making, especially on film.
 
I'm impressed by the lack of distortion, but outdoors it seems to offer a pronounced cyan cast. Would that be attributable to the lens, or to incorrect WB, or perhaps to PP?

I guess it is due to the sharp light fall off/vignetting. It is the lens.
