Turned the camera on after it has been sitting for a month and it did this....What the hell? Never had a sensor replacement, super low shots. Should i send it in?

Half purple image on M9. CCD failure?

I think there's more wrong then just a half purple image, a real bummer.
Did you try another memory card to see if that's not the problem?
Other general trick with malfunctioning battery operated electronic equipment is take the batteries out for a half day or so and see if that cures the problem. It's a long shot but worth a try.
After that it's probably back to Leica for a serious repair.
